Happy Thanksgiving!

We have so much to be thankful for, that's for sure! I'm especially thankful for these two little turkeys!

We had planned to start Thanksgiving week off with a "Friendsgiving" Celebration with our neighbors, but a stomach bug changed our plans. Thankfully, our family didn't get the bug. We ended up having our own little family feast instead. Jacob was very excited, even though he didn't eat a single thing I made.

Jacob had a Thanksgiving Feast at preschool on Tuesday! The little turkey hats they made were too cute!

Poor Lydia just can't catch a break. The previous Friday I noticed the molar she was cutting looked very strange. It was almost like it was coming through as a flat tooth, similar to a front tooth, instead of a molar. But I could see the molar under it. She has been incredibly fussy, not having much of an appetite, and not sleeping well.

I ended up taking her to the dentist, and its a good thing I did. It turns out she had a little piece of bone poking through her gums. (You can see it on the bottom left of the picture. It looks like a tooth, but isn't.) The dentist pulled it out, and she seems to feel so much better now. Well, as good as you can feel when you're cutting pretty much every tooth possible. We noticed she's also cutting her canines, along with her molars. No wonder she hasn't been her usually happy self! To add to the day's events, Jacob vomited that night. Never a dull moment around here!

On Thursday we went to Charlotte to celebrate Thanksgiving at Thomas and Ryan's house. We had such a great time. The food was delicious, the weather was beautiful, and the company was pretty cute!

We attempted a cousin Christmas jammie picture...

Jacob didn't want to be in the picture. Shocking, I know.
