For one reason or another, I have lots of pictures that haven't been added to previous posts, so I'm catching up on July through photos.
I love them, but the little rascals were driving me a bit crazy, so Scott offered to let me have a Saturday morning out by myself. It was great. I'm never really alone anymore (ever), so it was incredibly rejuvenating, even though I just ran errands. I picked up a special Krispy Kreme treat on the way home. You can tell Jacob approved!
Lydia got to join Jacob for a ride in the bike trailer. She seemed to like it and really liked being in on the fun with her big brother!
We call this Lydia's silly face. She does it purposefully to make us laugh. We think she learned it from Jacob!
Guess who is trying to pull up on everything these days?
In Jacob's world it doesn't get much better than Papa and ice cream!
Jacob "harvested" his first red cherry tomatoes!
These two love to "play togeder," as Jacob says!
I asked Jacob to entertain Lydia one morning by giving her one cheerio at a time while I used the bathroom. You can see how well that worked out!
Jacob loves to get in Lydia's crib when she wakes up from her nap. She likes it, too!
It took 8 or so months, but Jacob now loves his giraffe costume. Halloween in July, it is!
Jacob likes to dress himself these days. Can you tell? We were just going to Walmart, so I figured he'd fit right in!
My friend, Rachael, came to visit last week and took these sweet pictures. We used to teach together, and I've missed her so much. Jacob instantly loved her, which is pretty special!
