April Showers...

This weekend we celebrated Baby Girl Baden and her parents, Craig and Lori, with a family shower at the lake! Lori is due on July 6th, and we are so excited for them, and for our whole family!

Sandy and I co-hosted the shower, which ended up working really well. She took care of all the food, flowers, and location, while I headed up invitations/favors, games, and decorations. We had a floral theme with pastel colors - perfect for spring!

It was so great to see so many family members all in one place! Everyone enjoyed talking, eating, and of course laughing together!

The parents-to-be received so many wonderful gifts! Lori joked that Baby Girl now has more clothes than her Daddy!

Jacob had so much fun playing with his cousin, Katherine!

What a fun time together! Baby Girl Baden is already so loved and we just know Craig and Lori are going to be wonderful parents!

After the shower some took advantage of the nice weather and enjoyed a boat ride.

That afternoon we went across the lake to the State Park for a little hike on the kiddie trail.

Out of all the fun activities and fun visiting with family, the highlight of Jacob's weekend was sleeping in the RV with Daddy! I can't believe I didn't get a picture of it! When we got home Jacob told Scott that he thought we should go to the RV store and get one for us to keep at home! :)
