On June 11th we found out that our little family is going to become
a little more PINK!
Up until a few weeks before the ultrasound, I thought the baby was a girl, but changed my official prediction to "boy" at the last minute. Scott confided in me that he while he was officially guessing "girl," he really thought it was a boy. When we asked Jacob if he wanted the baby to be a boy or girl he said he wanted a wolf. Even though we had our predictions, we honestly did not care either way, well except for Jacob. He was really holding out for a wolf.
This picture was taken after the ultrasound when I was 19.5 weeks. It's funny, because looking at it now, I don't think I look all that pregnant, but at the time I remember really thinking otherwise! Surprisingly, Jacob joined in the picture voluntarily!
And of course, I can't resist a couple of pictures of Baby Sister's wardrobe! Girl clothes are so much fun!
Even though it was incredibly exciting to find out the baby's gender, the best part of the ultrasound scan was hearing that the baby is healthy and growing just as she should at this point. We certainly don't take that for granted and are so thankful for a good report!
